The Holy Ghost upon the Jus= t and on the Unjust

 

CHAPTER &n= bsp; 6

 

<Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfect= ion; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

     Of the doctrine = of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

     And this will we= do, if God permit.

     For it is imposs= ible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, = and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

     And have tasted = the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

     If they shall fa= ll away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. =

     For the earth wh= ich drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet= for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: =

     But that which b= eareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.> Hebrews 6:1-8.  Ma= tthew 13:24-30.

 

Matthew 7:15-20 <Beware of false prophets, wh= ich come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.>=

Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Even so every good tree bringeth forth good frui= t; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neith= er can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is= hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.>= ;    =

 

 “Pentecostalism - One Hundred Years: The Holy Ghost Upon the Just and on the Unjust.” We have paint= ed a picture of Pentecostalism bringing it right up from 1906 to the present tim= e in which we live, which 2006 is one hundred years of Pentecostalism. We combed= the history of the fathers of 1906, Pentecostalism, and then we traveled up to = see the men that followed them and we got a little bit again into the Pentecost= al history and brought it right up to a certain point of the fifties. 

 

 

JUST AND UNJUST PARTAKERS OF T= HE HOLY GHOST – CORRUPT FRUITS

 

But I want to emphasize the fact of the Holy Ghost falling upon the just and on the unjust, and again tie the knot a little ti= ghter to show you that a man could have the Holy Ghost, which is commonly called “the baptism of the Holy Ghost”, as it was outpoured in 1906 and not be qualified for the rapture. We will continue to call that the baptism of the Holy Spirit. T= he prophet called it “the baptism of the Holy Spirit” and he said = that the people were receiving it. I would say that there are hundreds or even thousands of quotations where we could prove that the prophet of God said t= hat the people had the baptism of the Holy Ghost. We are not denying that in the least. They did have it. The Scripture bears record in the book of Hebrews = and it will profit you if I just call your attention to the fourth to the eighth verses to let you know that the Bible is also verifying the things that you have heard for the past nights. Jesus was speaking of a man who blasphemes = his way to hell and onto the burning by fire.&= nbsp;

H= ebrews 6:4-6 <For it is impo= ssible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, = and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

 An= d have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

 If= they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.>

(The apostle Paul now gives you a type).

Hebrews 6:7-8 <For the earth which drinketh i= n the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by who= m it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

But that which beareth thorns and briers is reje= cted, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.><= /p>

So the simple parable = that He is drawing here is to show that people, both the just and the unjust, ca= n be partakers of the Holy Ghost, and one is saved and the other is lost. Right in our Bibles, right here.

So now the man that is cursed like Judas, was a partaker of the Holy Ghost and he tasted of the heavenly gift. They did not get the heavenly gift but they tasted of the heavenly gift. They were enlightened by the Word, and they were made partak= ers of the Holy Ghost. After they tasted of the heavenly gift and were m= ade partakers of the Holy Spirit, they fell away and it is impossible to renew = them again unto repentance. Seeing that he crucified the Son of God afresh and p= ut him to an open shame.

Is the Scripture verif= ying here, that a man who would be lost and go to hell to be burnt, could have t= he Holy Ghost, tasted of the heavenly gift also and be enlightened with the Wo= rd of God? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] Yes, tasted of the heavenly gift and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost.

All right, an example = of that; Judas was enlightened by the Word of God, he was a partaker of= the heavenly gift, and he was a partaker of the Holy Ghost. He had tasted of the good Word of God and the powers of the world to come.

So now, this man that blasphemed his way, Judas, came from hell and went back to hell and it was a total impossibility to renew him again unto repentance, because he was unju= st in his spirit. That means he did not have a teachable spirit, he did not ha= ve a spirit that wanted the Word, he was not based upon eternal life, but he was based upon money. His desires were not eternal life, no. His desires were p= ride and self-exaltation. His desire and ambition were to be greater than our Lo= rd. As a result of that, he was full of hate, he was full of malice and he was = full of murder, which he manifested, and he was sitting side by side in the open field with Peter, James and John.

So right under our Lord’s ministry there were two kinds of trees growing: one that was going to bring forth fruits for the dresser, and was going to receive a blessing. And then there was another kind of tree growing that was going to bring forth corrupt fruits, and when they brought that corrupt fruit, they = were going to be cursed.

Our Lord gave that par= able in the seventh chapter if Matthew that I just read here, and He spoke of th= ose trees. He was not just speaking of apple trees and mango trees. He was spea= king about people.

David said in Psalms 1:3 <And he shall be like a = tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season…>

That is what I am prea= ching here to night: planted by the rivers of waters, and in due season we will b= ring forth our fruits, our leaves shall not wither and whatsoever we do shall prosper, but the ungodly are not so, but are like chaff which the wind driv= eth away (Psalms 1:3-4).=

Way back there, David = was speaking of two kinds of people: one the righteous and the other one= is the unrighteous. And this becomes puzzling to the mind sometimes, how this unjust man, like Judas, the seventy, people that we studied about from 1906, coming right up to all the women preachers, and all the male preachers, how they could have this Holy Ghost and go out in a revival, work signs, wonders and miracles, and after that, live in adultery, fake their own kidnapping a= nd ride a motorcycle down the corridor?

“How could they = ever do that?” Live in homosexuality, fall in adultery. Here our Bible is giving us the answer. Here our Lord is giving us the answer from the seventh chapter of the Book of Matthew and Paul is giving us the answer from the si= xth chapter of the Book of Hebrews. He said, “It is like a field and in t= hat field there are good trees and there are bad trees.”

 

 

Both trees predestinated to bring forth the = fruits they bear

 

 When the rain comes, th= e Lord doesn’t spare the rain and say “it is only coming for the good tree.” When the rain comes it sprinkles both the bad tree and the good tree. Oh my! Isn’t that a wonderful type, that when the rain falls th= ere you cannot just control it? The rain comes and wets the weeds and it gives you so much trouble to weed that thing out of the garden, yes, but the rain falls upon the good tree, also that will bear the fruits for you as the dresser. Then you feel blessed of the Lord. It is a blessing to the dresser= .

This is a picture that= our Lord gave us, this is a picture that Brother Paul is giving us, of the explanation of the Spirit falling upon the just and on the unjust, isn̵= 7;t that simple?

So now, that is the explanation of how the Holy Ghost could have fallen upon the father of Pentecost, in 1901, called Parham, and that man being charged for sodomy. That explains to you and I how the man could get the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, way back there and yet this fellow was a racist, he had a Bible school and was teaching his own theology.

Then it explains why t= his humble man called Seymour could receive the very same article and there is not anything in his life t= hat we could condemn. That gives you an idea about Brother Lee, back there as the first man that got, the Holy Ghost, because he had a humble spirit, he was = of a different nature, he was a just man that took in Brother Seymour, and he got the Baptism of the Holy Ghost first in the congregation. The Lord honored him.        =             &nb= sp; 

The Lord is typing it = out as a field, where bad trees and good trees are growing. He said that a good tr= ee cannot bring forth corrupt fruit. You are predestinated to bring forth the right fruit. It is a predestinated seed that was planted there, and you cannot br= ing forth a corrupt fruit. And don’t matter how hard the corrupt tree tri= es, he cannot bring forth good fruit.  That is in the line of predestination. So that goes back with the Scripture,

John 10:27= <My sheep hear my voice…>

“And why canR= 17;t ye hear my voice? Even because ye are not of my sheep.” So those two Scriptures blend. You see, Brother Paul and even our Lord, spoke in a manne= r of predestination, but then He comes right down and says, ‘Who= soever will may come’, (Revelation 22:17) (John 3:16).= But that "whosoever will may come," will actually hear the voice of God, a= nd God from the foundation of the world knew what you would do when you hear t= he Gospel.

 

 

Two trees: Jacob and Esau – GOOD & CORRUPT FRUITS

 

So it is not a partial affair, where God chose this bunch and did not choose that bunch. He just knew you before you were born, and He knew that = you would be sitting here tonight, and He knew that when you first heard the gospel, what you would do with it and what kind of attitude you would have towards it. Your attitude determines your eternal destination. He said that= the good tree is going to bring forth good fruit and it is a total impossibility for it to bring forth any corrupt fruit. The bad tree, don’t matter h= ow much it tries it cannot bring forth good fruits because, to begin with, your nature is wrong, your attitude is wrong, and God seeing you from the foundation of the world, like He saw Esau, He said,  ‘I hate this little fellow&#= 8217; (Roma= ns 9:13). Before he was even born. “Jacob, I love you, your attitude is right towards the birthright.” The birthright is a type of the outpou= ring of the Holy Spirit. Jacob was after the birthright but Esau despised the birthright.

So the Lord, from the foundation of the world, before the children were born; He looked out there= and His great knowledge told Him that there were to be two children, one is Esa= u and one is Jacob, and Esau will despise the birthright.

So before he even desp= ised the birthright, the Lord said, ‘I hate that rascal’. And then He looked at Jacob, a crooked nosed little Jew and said, ‘I love that fellow, because he is after the promise.’ Oh yes. Oh my! The Scriptur= es are so sweet. Don’t you love the Scripture? [Congregation says, “Amen!”]

When the Word of the L= ord comes, it makes it so simple, that we could see what we are teaching= and what we are preaching right in the Word of God, in the word of the Messiah,= in the word of the apostles, and then we can turn back to the message of the prophet and see it right inside of there. Beautiful; it blesses my soul.

So the prophet of God = came to this understanding. At one time he did not have this understanding that I just told you about, and I never had it. I learned from a prophet, and the prophet paid a heavy price to learn what I just told you there. He was p= uzzled about how the Holy Ghost could manifest through one man and it is correct, = and then another man manifest and it is correct, but one was living the right k= ind of life and the other was not living the right kind of life. One was a dead hypocrite, a corrupt tree, and one was a fruit tree. The story goes back to about 1936. This is not hard for you to understand since you now understand= the root of the Oneness people who started in 1913.

In 1906 there was a ge= nuine outpouring of the Holy Spirit, a baptism of the Holy Spirit, and that bapti= sm of the Holy Spirit came upon people that did not have the Word and whose natures were not changed.

In many places, the pr= ophet of God called it restoration of the gifts. So now usually he lines i= t up by saying: justification, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Spirit. But t= hen, when he comes to the deeper teaching, he will now say: justification, sanctification, restoration of the gifts, then baptism of the Holy Spirit. = That is his teaching.

 

JUSTIFICATION, SANCTIFICATION, RESTORATION OF THE GIFTS, CAPSTONE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST

Quote W.M.B.: E-50 He promised in the last days that the church would grow so close, from the day= s of Luther, justification; days of Wesley, sanctification; days of the Pentecos= t, the restoration of gifts; right into the Headstone. And through that would bring forth the whole body, the resurrection of every believer. =

…The church come from justification, sanctification, baptism of= the Holy Ghost, now going into the very Headstone and the Presence of the Angel of God. Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost so present, doing exactly the sa= me works that He did on earth, which is bringing forth the church and the Chri= st to unite together. Just exactly what He promised. Now, don't let your conscience be dull now; wake up. (Mary's Belief 60-0311).

 

  Quote: E-30 Since the days of Luther they lived under justification. The days of Wesley they come a little higher. The church become in the minority under sanctification. Then come t= he Pentecostal move, which was the baptism of the Holy Ghost, or the restor= ation of the gifts. Now, we're going just in above that to the capstone... The Spirit in the church and the Spirit that's in Him has to be the same. (It Is I Be Not Afraid 60-0329).

 

That was one of the fi= rst things that your Pastor Lambert, the first martyr, asked me. I asked him a question. I said, “How is it that the Church Age Book makes it so easy for me to have this baptism of the = Holy Spirit, and then when I read the &#= 8216;Stature of a Perfect Man’ it knocks me out because I realized I don’= ;t have any of those virtues and I don’t have that capstone.” He s= aid, “All right, look at me here. Let me hear the plan of salvation.”= ; I said, “Justification, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost.̶= 1; He said, “Wrong. It is justification, sanctification, restoration of = the gifts and then Baptism of the Holy Ghost. (Ezekiel 47)” I said, “Amen. So there are two time= s that the great article would have been poured out upon the earth then, back= at Pentecost and upon the Bride in the last day?” He jumped off his feet= and said, “Amen! Praise God! If that is so, I will stay in this country (= Trinidad) three more days! God has revealed the revelation to you.” He said, “Now let us pray: our Father who a= rt in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Token come, Thy will be down on earth as it is in heaven. For Thine is the Token,= the power and the glory forever and ever, amen.” He said, “Let us go downstairs now.” He leaned upon my shoulder. He could not come down t= he steps too well, and he walked down and we sat for a while there, and my brothers and sisters, that was my starting point to understand what I am teaching you tonight.

Eccle= siastes 11:1 <Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.>

I caught that revelation and for the first time I understood the difference of what they received on the day of Pentecost and what Brother Branham was calling us to by the pyramid teaching. Oh, it bles= sed my heart and it done me well for all those years since 1970, and we are sti= ll marching on. “Though the vision linger it shall surely come to pass.&= #8221;

The prophet of God suffered to learn this lesson that I am going to

impart to you tonight, and many of you are privy of this and you understand these things, but I believe that you will enjoy the line up of this in the way th= at it is going to be put over.

The prophet of God, around 1936, was traveling. = He went to fish and ran out of money. He turned around his car and on his way = he found a Oneness group.

Now in that Oneness group, revival fires were st= ill burning, as I mentioned to you that the revival fires and the outpouring of 1906 burnt out in about three years, and the Lord used that same blessing, = that same anointing, to revive the people by another man and a little later anot= her man, and another man, and it kept coming up. In 1920 He blessed a man calle= d F. F. Bosworth. Then a little later, He kept on blessing the people.  So I am saying that the anointing,= the Holy Ghost, the baptism, the outpouring that came in 1906, was still in eff= ect at intervals, and they had man= y revivals. They had revivals, after revivals, after revivals, but the Bride has never had a revival yet. <= /o:p>

 

DENOMINATIONAL REVIVALS – NOT BRIDE’S REVIVAL

 

Quote W.M.B.: 253-2 {182} Now, that's what's the reason today = that the--the revivals that we're supposed to have... We have denominational revivals; we haven't had a real stirring. No, no, no, no. No, sir. Don't th= ink we got revivals. We haven't. Oh, they've got millions and millions and mill= ions of church members, but not a revival nowhere. No, no.

The B= ride hasn't had a revival yet. See? There's been no revival there, no manifestation of = God to stir the Bride yet. See? We're looking for it. It will take those seven unknown thunders back there to wake her up again. He will send it. He promi= sed it. Now, now, watch. Now, she was dead. (The Third Seal 63-0320).

 

 

GOD’S GIFT MAKES A WAY

 

That went on and in 1936 the prophet of God met t= hose people. So he went in there, sat down and listened to the Words of Life. Now when you have a gift, that gift makes a way for itself. He was hidden in a little church somewhere and God was making a way for His gift to operate. W= atch out, it is done in simplicity. We have to understand, friends, that when God calls you to something, you better watch out. Sometimes it seems to be very insignificant, small, it does not even look like God, but watch out, you be= tter obey the Lord otherwise you will pay the same price Brother Branham paid. <= o:p>

He sat down there. He was the youngest preacher = of all of them, and friends, they just passed on the pulpit and by that man just passing on the pulpit, identifying himself. All the preachers were just say= ing, “My name is so and so. My name is so and so.” Because the place= was too full and the time was short. And then he passed on and said, “My = name is William Branham”, and he just went on. Oh yes, my brethren! <= /o:p>

There is something about a man with a gift who is anointed. His words carry a certain amount of influence, and people recogni= ze that and they realize that is different to the fellows that they heard. You cannot get away from that. I can prove that in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. I will use one little type.

There was a little man passing down the road and= saw two fishermen. One was a big fisherman, along with a next fellow. And this little fellow just passed by and said, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” They left their old father mending the nets, and tho= se words were so divine that they just left everything “and “forso= ok their nets”, the Bible said, “and followed Him” (Mark 1:17-18).

There is something about a gift of God. It is no= t the human being. People learn in Bible schools how to place their words, and ho= w to lift their voices, and how to bring down their voices, and how to run down = the aisle and all these kinds of gadgets. Now that is a put on, that is a Hollywood show. Now but the real gift of God is so simple and so humble and what it is: the= re is power that comes from that gift and that voice, my brothers and sisters,= is a voice of authority. Now, the man cannot put on that. You might try to talk like that man.

You go down the road and tell two fellows, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men”, and see what results you will get. Go down to the Customs Office and tell the Customs Officer, “Follow me.” See if he will fold up his books and give= up his job to follow you. No, there is a certain authority, and those men had = not seen a miracle yet. It is just that gift working with the Holy Spirit and i= t influences the sheep, “My s= heep hear my voice and a stranger they would not follow.” (John 10:27).

Now in this case of Brother Branham, he just pas= sed there as the youngest preacher and said “My name is William Branham” and kept on going. But do you know what happened? An influen= ce went over all those ministers and the next day they went up to the pulpit a= nd said, “The man that will bring the message this morning is William Branham.” And he was dressed with a tee-shirt and seersucker trousers and, he crouched down and said, “I don’t want them to know, bec= ause I am not dressed right to go preach up there.” So then they were searching for this William Branham all about. “Is William Branham her= e? Would you put up your hand?” No hands went up. And there was a man sitting right there, and he said, “Are you him?” He said, “Yes, but shh! Don’t tell them.”  He said, “Here he is!”= He said, “Those people don’t care how you are dressed, go up there!” When he went up there and opened his mouth and spoke the Word= s of Life, he captivated all those Oneness and convinced all those preachers, including women preachers, and after the service he came outside and everyb= ody gave him an appointment to hold a revival for them. One person came there a= nd he said, “I deal with the Indians. I want you to come to the mission field with me.” Brethren, that was God making a way for His gift. And= you know the story.

Brother Branham, however, did not realize how se= rious that was because it happened in simplicity. His book was filled with appointments maybe for the whole year and Brother Branham went home and let= a big mouth mother-in-law get in hi= s way. I admire that young lady, Hope. She said, “It doesn’t matter wh= at my mother says, I will follow you anywhere you go.” That is a real wi= fe. And Brother Branham was such a kind man and humble man that he said, “Yes, ma’am.” That "yes ma’am" caused him= to not to fulfill the will of God, cost him his child, cost him his wife and m= any heartaches for many days that they died during the very flood that he prophesied was going to come to cover the streets, twenty-two feet high. An angel came down and measured the water on Spring Street. It was twenty-two = feet up in the air. That came to pass and he lost his wife. He begged for mercy = and a black sheet of refusal came down and shut off Brother Branham’s pra= yer. His father died, brother died and somebody else died, until Brother Branham learnt that lesson. We ought to obey God rather than men.=

 

 

JUST & UNJUST MANIFESTING = GIFTS OF THE HOLY GHOST

REVELATION TO PROPHET

 

But in that same meeting in 1936, Brother Branham= was so impressed because there were prophecies and there was a man speaking in ton= gues and another interpreting.  Bro= ther Branham was seeing visions from three years of age and he had a way of find= ing out certain things and he wanted to find out some things so he said, “= ;I have reached home, this is it. I will follow with these people.” A gentleman came to him and said, “Have you received the Holy Ghost, sir?” He said, “No, I don’t think I did.” The man h= ad such a kind spirit and he was a ge= nuine Christian and that man was prophesying in the meeting. Brother Branham wanted to meet the other man who was prophesying or speaking in tongues. He said, “I want to find out what is going on here. I want this.” = Then the man came there and he was proud. He said, “Have you ever spoken in tongues?” “No, I guess I didn’t.” He said, “Y= ou didn’t get the Holy Ghost yet.” Brother Branham kept on talking with him.

His gift used to operate in a manner where he ha= d to speak to you and as long as he spoke to you long enough then he could see your li= fe. That’s how a seer operates. That is how Brother Branham operated. Not the person talking too much. He w= ould be doing the talking. Look on the film and you will see Brother Branham doi= ng the talking and the person almost paralyzed in the Presence of God. They co= uld hardly open their mouths and he said, “I am talking to you to contact your spirit.” Then he said, “I see you moving away from me.R= 21; Then the vision would break and the miracle would happen.

The same thing happened there, where he waited a little bit and kept on talking to this man and a vision broke and he seen t= his man cussing, sitting on a bar = stool and drinking. And together with that, he saw the man with a blond headed woman with two bastard children and saw the man’s wife home, who was a black headed woman. And Brother Branham said, ‘I sure don’t want what

you have’. 

So now, that troubled Brother Branham. What I am teaching you here tonight is Brother Branham’s teachings.  It’s what he learned by hard lessons.  Sometime after that, Brother Branham entered into his cave and he was praying about this matter.=   He said, “Lord how is that? = Here is a man who is a dead hypocrite, here is a man who is a genuine Christian = and they both manifested the Holy Ghost and they both have the gifts of the Spi= rit. I am puzzled Lord.” And = the Lord referred him to Hebrews 6.  The wind blew the page right to Hebrews 6 and stopped.  That was the answer right there.  It was then revealed to Brother Br= anham concerning what the Oneness were manifesting, which traced back to 1906, it that was the Holy Ghost falling upon the just and on the unjust. 

So now the prophet, who was sent to the Age and = sent to the Pentecostal people with that vision, knew from that time on how to d= eal with the Pentecostal people. He knew that the Holy Ghost that was being giv= en out could fall upon the hypocrite as well as the genuine children of God.  That became a great guide to the Prophet. This is one of the greate= st guides that I have ever received from your pastor, and this is the grea= test guide that you have received in times past.  This is the greatest guide that the people in the outside world who don’t understand the difference of the baptism of the Holy Spirit, will ever receive.  When these tapes go out, if they d= o not have this knowledge they will then comprehend the difference of the Holy Gh= ost Baptism that was poured out in 1906 and the difference of what we are preac= hing today, the Token, or you will perish, that is yet to come.

 

 

TWO MAJOR SUBJECTS: Two outpou= rings: one in 1906 and one to come

 

Now with just this understanding that just I told= you, there are two major subjects that Brother Branham preached on the Holy Ghost.  One, the Holy Ghost th= at was poured out in 1906 and on the other hand, the Holy Ghost outpouring that is= yet to come.  And if you would take Brother Branham’s message, even from the beginning, and just study that and h= ave that set in your mind: two outpourings of the Holy Spirit; o= ne from 1906 and one that is yet to come, then your eyes will be opened up in every message of Brother Branham.  Then there would not be any contradictions on the teachings on the H= oly Ghost. 

This, I have never sent out.  Isn’t that a wonderful tool?=   That’s the tool that was giv= en by God to the Prophet.  That help= s you to understand how people could sit down and hear the same Word like you, brethren, and say, ‘Amen’. They look genuine. They could say ‘Amen’ more than you.  They could manifest the Spirit and they look so sincere and then ris= e up and are devils.  It comes back= on the same basis.  One is a corr= upt tree and one is a good tree, sitting right in the House of God; and you went through those experiences right from the beginning.  Because you are good trees, you are still seated here. Hard or soft, you continue with the Word of God.  Then don’t let the enemy pou= nd your mind and tell you that you are a bad tree. You are a good tree!  You might want a little pruning sometime, but you are a g= ood tree.  And you have the vinedressers that= could prune you.  We will prune you = from top to bottom. Yes, disinfect you and spray you, because you have got to br= ing forth the fruits.  =

Beloved, we have seen a lot of antichrist rise, = and the answer is right here in Hebrews 6.&nbs= p; Some of them have fulfilled that scripture to the letter where they = have blasphemed their way beyond repentance.&nb= sp; And yet, with all the problems that you had here, you are coming for= th, you are bearing fruits and we are coming closer and closer to that last sho= wer of rain.  There is a former ra= in and a latter rain that is coming. 

So now, that was a great guide. Oh I don’t= have voice to say it, but to see how the prophet suffered to understand that les= son and what a guide that was to him, what a guide that was to the first martyr= and what a guide that is to us ministers. Don’t ever get shocked when you see people rise up and behave like a devil who have never heard the Word of God.  You tell them about these shining clothes (I Timothy 2:9 <In like manner also, that women adorn themselves= in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array.), they would wear it right in font of the pastor.  You tell them about these high-heel shoes, they will take them and measure them and try to hold on to an inch. Something is wrong with their souls. 

From the time the meeting starts, my brother, a = bunch of women go to the women’s room and never come out until it is finish= ed. I wonder how much of the Holy Ghost you have.  If you have what they had in 1906 = you would be clapping your hands, you would be shouting, you would be praising = God, you would be doing the things just like they did there; and you would so wa= nt to hear the words of life that you could not stay closed up in the women’s room. No! You cannot just come to church and stand outside th= ere with the baby and make excuses with the baby. You will take care of the baby and then come back inside, even if you have to go in and go out five or ten times.  That’s the truth= of it. 

Didn’t Jesus say that ‘By their frui= ts you shall know them’? (Matthew 7:= 20). And when you touch their behavior, watch their attitude. You touch the shin= ing dress; they say, “Where is that in the Bible?”  You touch the high heel shoes, the= y say, “How many inches?” Settle the dispute and wear flat shoes.  So th= en we could throw away the yardstick!  Settle the dispute!  Fi= nd flat shoes and wear them!  “How long should I keep my hair?”  They are fulfilling tables. 

  W= hy would a big, hefty woman want to wear a skimpy, little dress that could fit a teenager and have that fine material hugging her form?  You might have a full dress but th= at kind of material hugs your form.  As a woman, you should have shamefacedness enough and you should love the Word enough and want to fulfill the Word of God enough that you should examine yourself in the mirror before you come out!  All these kinds of fine clothes and see-through clothing and all this kind of shiny clothing and everything, is= worldliness.  If you hear something come from the pulpit and if you have any speck of the Holy Ghost, the prophet said that y= ou would obey. If you are a good tree= you are going to be obedient. = But if you are a bad tree, you will kick up like a mule and you would want a pasto= r to suite you that could send you to the university, a pastor to suite you that= you could go down there to the sports field, a pastor to suite you that would a= llow you to wear high heel shoes and cause you to wear tight dresses and everyth= ing. It shows you are a corrupt tree, because you are searching for a doctrine to tickle your ears. (II Timothy 4:3)<= /i> We are not intending to tickle your ears.&nbs= p; I threw away the feathers a long time ago! 

Yes. Good tree and bad tree. The rain is falling= on both of them. But Jesus said ‘they bear two fruits’. How could you sit down under the Word of God, enjoy the Presence of the Lord since you were a baby, you become a teenager, you were so lovely, you came up to that certain place as a young man: fifte= en years, twenty years, and you are hearing the Word, you are singing specials, you are interested in the Word of God, you want to play an instrument, you = want this and you want that, and then you come to a certain place where you think now that “Nobody can tell me anything. I am over eighteen years of age.” You are a corrupt tree. You are a proud young woman. A proud bull! Yes. You resent the pastor whe= n he talks to you. You evil-speak the pastor because he preaches against your ly= ing tongue, against your gossiping tongue; and when you fight that you are a corrupt tree. Do you know where that would take that young woman? To be a whore! It would take that young f= ellow there to be a whoremonger outside there! Corrupt trees. And those people of Hebrews 6 rejoiced in the Spirit, they were made partakers of the Holy Spir= it. That is how they were living a Christian life for eighteen years. That is h= ow they were coming to church for the eighteen years. They had the Spirit. They enjoyed the same Presence that you enjoyed and they loved to hear the Word,= and some of them were in love with the minister. But then that corruption start= ed coming from inside and because they are bad seeds, they want to sell the Wo= rd of God for that like Judas. Isn’t that plain? 

That explains how people could hear the Word of = God and then turn around and kick = the preacher. How they turned around and sent Jesus to the cross. And this man = had the Holy Ghost! He was a partaker of the Holy Ghost. He was enlightened by = the Word of God. He tasted of the Heavenly Gift. He sat right there and he hear= d of the powers of the world to come. Another Kingdom that was going to come; the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. And after seeing Lazarus raised from the dead, the= man was on the ship when Jesus walked through a storm on the sea; and that man = had the belly to go and sell Jesus Christ for thirty pieces of silver. 

You have got to be born a devil! You have got to= come from hell and be predestinated to hell, (you are going back to hell!) And anybody who will hear the Word of God and go out and criticize after that, because it corrects their spir= it, something is wrong with them. They will search for a man to tell them somet= hing that they like to hear. It goes to show that your nature is corrupt and you= may be a seed of the serpent. Lie to their parents, lie to their brothers and l= ie to their sisters. When the deacons correct them, lie and then go tell their fathers and mothers a different story. These fathers and mothers have no wi= sdom at all. They believe their children more than the pastor. Then, they get a resentful spirit. Then, they get a hateful spirit.  And then, they stand off from the pastor.  In other words, ̶= 0;You blamed my child for something tha= t was not done!”

My beloved, you better be wise. Do you know what= is my policy now, Pastor McGahee? When I am going to correct these young people a= nd I know they have that kind of lying spirit upon them, I bring them right in f= ront of the father.  The deacons br= ing the mother right there, bring the father right there, bring the witnesses a= nd tell the whole story. Yes! If you do it behind their backs they will go back and tell the parents a different story and turn the parents against the pas= tor and against the deacons. That is when you deal with corrupt trees. And yet there are other trees that I deal with, which I have to prune sometimes. Th= ey are young people too, young brothers, young sisters. I don’t need the= ir parents.  I don’t need m= other; I don’t need father, because their spirits are so submissive, that you will call them over and say, “Listen= to me, don’t do that.  You = should know better than that. You tighten up those clothes there and you have an impression on your chest.” “Oh, Brother Bruce, I am so sorry. I didn’t observe that, forgive me.” Brother, that’s a Chris= tian spirit. That’s a different spirit all entirely. 

Some people get the idea because Brother Bruce corrects them he’s mad with them. No! That is only the devil pounding your mind. Yes. When I correct you I forget the issue. I am dealing with an= other person. So don’t let the devil pound your mind and take away your victory. If you have corrected yourself when you are given correction, my beloved, go ahead, get up and walk. Let us walk the narrow way. Go on glorifying God. Don’t just come down in yo= ur spirit let the devil beat you like that. Take your correction; go on your w= ay rejoicing.  That is the right approach to correction.

My beloved, here we are. This is a clear picture= that Brother Branham got. That is why I read Matthew 13. The Lord showed him the world, and one man went around the world sowing good seeds and soon after t= hat there was a man dressed in black that came and sowed bad seeds. After a whi= le a drought came, and both the tares and the wheat were saying, “Give us a rain. Give us a rain.” And then the rain did come, but when it came it wet the tares also. And at the end, both trees brought forth their special = kind of fruit because one tree was bad and one tree was good. ‘Anointed Ones At End time.’ Now this is that same = parable that Jesus spoke about. It was given to the prophet of God by a vision. And= he understood that in line with Hebrews 6 and this is the understanding that we have today. 

 

 

1906 BAPTISM WAS SALVATION TO = THE ELECT

 

Now the prophet of God, after he got that experie= nce, never did forget that lesson.  And then later in 1965, the pr= ophet of God used that same vision and Matthew 24: 24 to preach to the church: ‘Anointed Ones at End Time’= ;, showing you that the false prophets and the antichrist will be anointed by the same Holy Ghost as the true believer. So now he never forgot that lesson. Since that time that the prop= het of God preached the message, those false anointed ones are upon the face of= the earth. And don’t you ever doubt that they are manifesting gifts still by the Holy Ghost. Yes. Because that outpouring that came in 1906 has not yet changed to a deeper anointing as on the day of Pentecost. So the religious world is working in that anointing.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>  The followers of the message are w= orking in that anointing. That anointing of 1906 is still in effect, and it kept coming up from that time on. That is why in 1936 the prophet of God bounced into that same anointing that was given in 1906, when he met the Oneness people.

Now if you don’t comprehend this, leave it alone. That anointing, that outpouring, that baptism that came in 1906 was = salvation to all people who would receive it, who would receive the Lord Jesus Christ and who would strive to live a sanctified life. If they died they would have gone on with the Lord,= and many of them will be in the Bride. That was the anointing that the Lord was using to save the people in that a= ge: Trinitarians, Oneness or Jesus only, and those who believed the message of Brother Branham. He was using that anointing.  And I will prove what I am saying there. 

 

 

The prophet established the pe= ople upon the 1906 OUTPOURING for the 7TH age - SAVED

 

Now when the prophet came here he established that outpouring that was given to the seventh age. = That outpouring was given to the age. There was a new age that had broken, and t= hat anointing, that outpouring, that baptism was given to that age for the people’s salvation. Just as certain as there was an outpouring in the days of Luther that was given to him to save the people and caused them to = live above sin. They made it in, and then a deeper anointing came under Wesley t= hat the people had to receive; along with the truth that Wesley was bringing, in order to be saved. The Lord was getting ready to save the Pentecostal peopl= e in 1906, He sent a deeper anointing. Now that deeper anointing that the people were going to receive in 1906 was salvation to any man that would live true= to the Word of God. I repeat that in 1906, that was the anointing, that was the outpouring of the Holy Ghost and the baptism coming upon the just and the unjust. It fell upon the hypocrite as well as the genuine Christian man or woman. That was recognized for= that age by William Branham because that outpouring and baptism kept on travelin= g up and he met the same condition in 1936 amongst the Oneness people. That same baptism and outpouring was in the Assemblies of God. The people that follow= ed Brother Branham’s message were still receiving that baptism. Yes. He established them upon that baptism. He invited them to come for the baptism. He prayed for them to get that baptis= m. He let them tarry at certain times.  He let them fast some times for that baptism. Then he would discern,= he said, “You are sick. You were praying for the baptism of the Holy Ghost.”  He said, “= ;You will receive it.”

 

Quote W.M.B.: E-86 I hear you in your prayer, seeking for God to give you the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and you come here tonight after praying, and come here for me to lay hands on you, so that you'd receive the baptism of the H= oly Ghost…Now, go; you're going to receive It. (Sirs We Would See Jesus 57-1211).

 

Quot= e: E-39 = That's it, isn't it? Baptism of the Holy Ghost, you desire it. That's it… Go, you're going to receive it. Jesus Christ will grant it to you. God, grant t= his, in Jesus' Name. Amen. (Blind Bartimaeus 54-0402).

 

Now this is something very important: Brother Branham himself establish= ed that baptism of the Holy Ghost that came in 1906. He called it the baptism.= He called it “Outpouring if the Holy Spirit.” There are thousands = of quotes to prove that. He wanted his children to receive that article. He sa= id, ‘I have four children and they need to receive that Holy Ghost. IR= 17;m not sure when they got it. 

 

I WANT TO SEE MY CHILDREN SAVED &am= p; FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST

 

&= nbsp;       =         Quot= e W.M.B. E-23 Now, I've got my children. There's my little son, Joseph, and Billy, Sarah, Rebekah. Well now, I want to see each one of them a worker in the Gospel, d= oing something. I want to see them saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. Now, I'= ve committed them to God and say, "I'm holding on to God for them." = See? And I believe they're going to be saved, every one of them. See? I believe they're going to be saved, and I'll have them on the other side. And--and I don't believe my salvation will save them. No. But my faith in God will do = it. You see, my faith believing God will do it, and will cause them to come to Christ. (Thy House 61-0808).

 

  Quote: 54-5 Lord Jesus, I pray that You'l= l save Becky, and Sarah, and Joseph, and them too, Lord. Don't let this happen to = my children, Lord. (Souls That Are= In Prison Now 63-1110m).

 

Now brethren, Brother Branham knew that the peop= le under his message were receiving that same article from 1906, the Assemblie= s of God were receiving the same article, the Oneness were receiving the same article, and other men like Jack Coe and other great evangelists were recei= ving and operating under the same baptism of the Holy Spirit. 

Brother Branham sent three quarter million of his converts into the Assemblies of God. And a question was asked Bother Branham. 

 

THREE QUARTER MILLION SOULS SENT BY W.M= .B. TO ASSEMBLIES OF GOD

 

Quote W.M.B.: 967-213 Like = the other day, this same person called up and wanted to know about that, and sa= id, "You said..." (This minister out there, this fellow down there th= at wanted discuss that. Poor brother, he's in such a delusion.) He said, "Well, Brother Branham (See?)," he said, "he's against you Assemblies of God." And if a Assembly minister happens to pick up this tape, I want you to tell me when was I ever against the Assembly of God men= or any other man. Why is it, when your own headquarters admit that I have sent= to you three-quarters of a million of my children that I've begotten to Christ? How am I against the Assemblies of God? Why am I against the oneness? I'm n= ot against no oneness, Assemblies of God, Church of God, or no man. I'm against every system that separates men. (Questions And Answers 1 64-0823m).

 

THEY BELIEVE IN HEALING & BAPTISM H= OLY GHOST

 

Quote: 967-214 Look,= I have sent to the Assemblies, by their own count, three-quarters of a million of my own children. If they're so b= ad, why'd I do that? Why? I think it's the best there is in the land to send th= em to, either the oneness or some of the Pentecostal belief, 'cause they believe in Divine healing; they believe in the supernatural; they believe in the bapti= sm of the Holy Ghost. That's the best... I can't bring them all right here; they're all over the world. I got friends all over the world, children that I've begotten to Christ. I'll send them to the best... Did you ever hear me when I'm making an altar call? I say... When I get them up there and get th= em saved, I say, "Now, you go to some good Full Gospel church and get you= a church home." How many ever heard me say that? Sure, sure. Well, why w= ould I send them there then? Would I be a hypocrite to send my own children to death? Far be it from me. No, sir. (Questions And Answers 1 64-0823m).

 

Why<= /span> would he do that? Bear in mind that the Assembl= ies of God were Trinitarians and they were baptizing in Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, titles. And those men thought that they had their own great ministries and they were manifesting signs, wonders and miracles. And they had the same article of 1906 baptism of the Holy Ghost. 

I am proving to you that that baptism of the Holy Ghost was salvation for that h= our as long as you accepted Jesus Christ and you were striving to live a Christ= ian life. And both the just and the unjust were sitting right in the Assemblies= of God. The just and the unjust were sitting right in the tabernacle. The just= and the unjust were right down at the Oneness. He proved that. And then salvati= on was left to the honesty of the people, of how much they wanted to live the = Word of God.

 

 

Millions saved under 1906 bapt= ism – HOW THEY RECEIVED IT

 

So now, Brother Branham took three-quarter million people and sent them to the Assemblies of God, and he sent about two hundred and fifty thousand to the Oneness, which is the Jesus Only. Now just let th= at settle, brethren, and think of what I am saying, that although these people were Trinitarians, Jesus Only (which Brother Branham never believed in a Trinitarian doctrine, nor the Oneness doctrine because Jesus cannot be his = own father; the truth is right between there), the prophet sent three-quarter million of his converts that had the = Holy Ghost into the Assemblies of God, and two hundred and fifty thousand into t= he Oneness of God. <= o:p>

Later, those that lived true to the Word of God were saved. He climbed into another dimension, beyond the curtain of time, he seen millions of his converts. Now brethren, this should make our hearts rejoice to see how perfect the Word of God is, that those people were not= lost. Brother F.F. Bosworth had belong= ed to the Assemblies of God. Later, he left them. And beloved, the prophet sent t= hose children of his into the Assemblies of God. And to show you that they were saved, after awhile Brother Branham climbed up into the realms of the Heave= ns and he saw millions of them. How were they saved? They were saved, my brother, by the baptism of the Holy Gh= ost that was being given out for that age.

 

Quote W.M.B.: 20-2 And I heard something say, "Would you = like to see just beyond the curtain?"

I sai= d, "It would help me so much." …Whether it was I was in this b= ody or out, whether it was a translation... It wasn't like any vision I ever ha= d. I could look there, and I could look here. And when I hit that little place, I never seen so many people come running, screaming, "Oh, our precious brother." And I looked, and young women, maybe in their early twenties (eighteen to twenty), they were throwing their arms around me and screaming, "Our precious brother."

Here = come young men in the brilliance of young manhood, and their eyes glistening and looking like stars on a darkened night, their teeth as white as pearl, and = they were screaming, and grabbing me, and screaming, "Oh, our precious brother."

̷= 0;And I heard a voice then that spoke to me that was in the room, said, "This = is what you preached was the Holy Ghost. This is perfect love. And nothing can enter here without it." I am more determined than ever in my life that= it takes perfect love to enter th= ere. There was no jealousy. There was no tiredness. There was no death.

̷= 0;I said, "But I... There's milli= ons. There's not that many Branhams."

And t= hat voice said, "They're not Branhams; them's your converts. That's the on= es that you've led to the Lord." And said, "Some of them women there that you think are so beautiful were better than ninety years old when you = led them to the Lord. No wonder they're screaming, 'Our precious brother.'"= ;

And t= hey screamed all at once, "If you hadn't have went, we wouldn't be here.&q= uot; (The Rejected King 60-0515m).

 

And how were you, at that time, going to receive= that baptism that came in 1906? All that you had to do were to say, ‘I acc= ept Jesus as my Savior and Lord,’ and mean it, and be sincere in your hea= rt, and get into prayer. You had to pay a price. You had to be honest in your heart, and then you were going to get that baptism. When you spoke in tongu= es they said you had it. Sometimes it was a devil that came on you. And someti= mes you prophesied, and you got it, but, the initial evidence they said was speaking in tongues. Now that means something, what I just said. When they accepted Jesus Christ in that time, they called that born again, and th= ey called that born again up to today. And it worked. I am saying it worked. <= o:p>

Later on they asked Brother Branham, they said, ‘Brother Branham is all born again going in the rapture?’ He sa= id, ‘No. All born again is not going in the rapture.’

 

BORN AGAIN TRINITARIANS<= /span>

 

Quote W.M.B.: 1040-Q-317 317. Will all borned again believers = go in the rapture?

No, just the remnant, just the remnant, not all bo= rn again believers. The Bible said, "And the rest of the dead lived not f= or a thousand years," and then they was raised up and separated, the sheep = from the goats. Not all borned again will go in the... according to the Scriptur= e. (Questions and Answers 64-0823E).

 

Showing you that he knew what they were calling “born again”.  So = now he would say, How man= y born again Baptist are in here? How many born again Pentecostals are in here?  Would you raise your hands?  How many born again people are in here?” Everybody raised their hands.’ 

 

  Quote W.M.B.: E-5 H= ow many people here tonight, in the Divine Presence has been borned again? Let's see your hands, everywhere, been borned again? Oh, my, isn't that fine?

And w= e're made up here, 'course I guess, of all different denominations, Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian, Pilgrim Holiness, and Nazarenes, and Pentecostals, a= nd Church of God, and Assemblies, and oh, what = all. (True Vine And The False Vine 55-0607).

  Quote: E-77 You that were Methodists, rai= se up your hands. Baptists, Presbyterian, Catholic... Now, all that's borned agai= n of the Spirit of God, raise up your hands, whether you're Methodist, Baptist, = or Catholic, or what. (An Ensign 62-0119).

He knew that they were talking about accepting t= he Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and as long as you did that, and you were sincere in your heart, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the outpour= ing from 1906 was ready to come upon you.  And it came upon many.

Let me put that in the Word.  The apostles and the seventy, along with others accepted the Lord Jesus as the Messi= ah. After they accepted the Messiah, they received power over unclean spirits e= tc. They first had to accept the Messiah.  In this age those people had to accept Jesus as personal savior in order for the baptism = of the Holy Ghost to come upon them. And then that power was given to them. Some of them went out into ministries manifesting gifts, but their natures were corrupt. So that is why you find the preachers manifesting corrupt natures = in the history coming up, up to Benny Hinn today, most popular TV evangelist, collecting two to three hundred million dollars a year. <= /p>

Do you understand what I’m saying?  So all that they had to do was to = accept the Lord Jesus Christ, and that is why you hear over the radio, over the television, about the presidents, Clinton and Bush, and even the pope is “born again.” That is where the terminology came from. “Everybody in = America is born again. As long as you say, ‘I accept Jesus Christ as personal= savior and Lord.’” A= nd do you know that the pope accepted Him too? Why do you think he is sitting in place of Jesus Christ?  He acc= epted Jesus. Are you telling me the pope is born again?  There is a difference.  Now i= f you think deep, you are going to see the difference.

I Pet= er 1:23 <Being born again,= not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.>

 

 

Message followers have 1906 ba= ptism BUT MUST HAVE TOKEN OR PERISH

 

You had to come and accept Jesus Christ in order = for you to get that baptism of the Holy Ghost that they had in 1906, which trav= eled down to 1909, 1936, and came right up, and that is what the people in the message have up to today.  It’s the baptism of the Holy Ghost that was poured out in 1906, which is still operating today right among the followers of Malachi 4, worldwide. Now if they live true and don’t come against solid truth, all message believers in whatever par= t of the world that they are in, if they die, they go in with the Lord.  I hope you are getting this pictur= e very clearly.

When you see a man start behaving like an animal= , and coming up against the things that we send out concerning another outpouring= of the Holy Spirit, and will start denying that, he is doing the same thing th= at the ten spies did under Moses, and his carcass is going to fall in the wilderness and perish. And when we cross over Jordan into the promise land, which is another outpouring of the Holy Spirit, he cannot go in.  It is a dangerous thing to deny the promi= se of God. God promised another outpouring of the Holy Spirit and when you see th= at made plain in front of you, like in book fourteen, and throughout all those E.O.D.H. books, you better bow down. When you hear the words of the prophet backed up by the Bible, you better humble your proud heart and accept the promise of God, otherwise your carcass will fall in the wilderness of this world. I’m telling you the truth.

Can you make it until midnight tonight? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] Fine. Good.=   I’m not studying the clock here tonight. My mind is on my mess= age. My mind is in India<= /st1:country-region>. My mind is in Africa. My mind is in the = Philippines. My mind is set upon the people of God to show them the two different outpourings. One outpouring, you could have it and li= ve a sanctified life, you could work signs, you could work wonders, you could pr= each the gospel, and yet not go in = the rapture. It is holiness or hell. And to show you that there is another outpouring coming that you must have or you will perish, the prophet declar= ed that you will have the Token or you will perish.  That is what I am talking about. O= nce you get this understanding you will be able to read Brother Branham’s message and divide these two outpourings. You will be able to see that he’s talking about what the people are receiving up to today, and you will be able to look on this side= and see what is coming. Then they would not criss-crossed and you would not wan= t to know how could he say this here and how could he say that here? Do you know that is what causes a lot of divisions in the message; and different factions? It is lack of understandi= ng of what Brother Branham was teaching on the Holy Ghost. <= /p>

Just to prove to you that the prophet of God acc= epted that baptism of the Holy Spirit, I quote here,

Then it went into sanctification under Wesley, = went into the baptism of the Holy Ghost in this last days, and now resting with = the Earnest of our inheritance that we know that something happened in us…= ; (Revelation Chapter Five 61-= 0618).

 

Brother Branham recognized it as the baptism of = the Holy Ghost. He recognized Luther, baptism under justification, Wesley, bapt= ism under sanctification, and 1906 baptism of the Holy Ghost.

You're going to see the most glorious thing you've seen in a long time. Will the ministers make their way to the platform, right away if= you will?

Them who are filled with the Holy Ghost, come up= here just a minute. You who are filled with the Holy Ghost out there, stand just= a moment, keep your mind on God. Shut yourself in around here, believers. Thi= s is the hour. This is the time. This is the place. This is when something's goi= ng to happen. This is when the exceedingly abundantly. This is where it'll sta= rt the revival. Right here will start things moving that would burn Chicago to the bot= tom for the Lord Jesus Christ. Give me this bunch of people here with the Holy Ghost and you'll hear a revival breaking in the streets and around these churches here, everywhere.. (Why I am a Holy Roller 53-0830A).

 

That revival that Brother Branham had was on, an= d he recognized all the preachers that were in that meeting in Chicago as men that had the baptism of = the Holy Spirit.  Pentecostals, Ba= ptists, Methodists, and everybody was in that meeting. He said, “All you peop= le that have the Holy Ghost stand up.” Brother Branham was recognizing t= hat baptism of the Holy Ghost upon the people that had traveled up from 1906. A= nd he said that if you will come together you will have signs and wonders and miracles right here, and it could burn Chicago to the ground. 

 

FILLED WITH HOLY GHOST – FILL= ED WITH POWER

You're filled with joy. David said, "My cup runneth over." And if David had a cup running over before the Holy Ghost come, what would it be now?

You're filled with something. And when you're fi= lled with man's ideas, if you're filled with churchanity, if you're filled with creeds, you're only building yourself a Babylon that's got to fall. If you = fill yourself up with a modern world, if you fill yourself up with lust, if you = fill yourself up with pride, if you fill yourself up with your denomination, you= 're lost. SPIRIT FILLED MEN – GIFTS MANIFES= TED

 

Quot= e: 264 Now, I want to ask something. Will you, my brethren, stand here with me? You see, here's one thing about it. Many evangelists goes into a city, and they do all the praying for the sick, and= all the rest of it. And when the congregation, when it's gone, the--the--the people's only built around the evangelist. See? That isn't so, people. I kn= ow it, there's a lot of impersonation, but I won't say what I was going to. But these men might not do that, that's true, and I very much doubt it.

But they're just as ordained of God to lay hands= on the sick, as I or anybody else. God's just as much to answer their prayer, = as He would be to any prayer there is. Jesus has commissioned, "These signs," didn't say will follow William Branham, Oral Roberts, so forth, "it'll follow them that believe." And these men are filled with G= od's Spirit. They're baptized people, with the same Holy Spirit. That Spirit was here doing that work just a few moments ago, He's still here. He's on each one of these men (See?), and they're all filled with It. So I'm going to ask them to make a double line along here on the sides of this row here, if they will, so that they can lay their hands upon the sick too, as they pass through. (Does God Change His= Mind 65-0427).

 

Why are you reading that, Brother Bruce?  I am reading that to show that up = to 1965, the prophet of God getting ready to depart this world, still recognized the baptism of the Holy Ghost as was poured out in 1906.  And he proclaimed that the people were filled with that Holy Ghost a= nd he called them up. He said “Come here ministers, come here people, lay your hands upon the people”, Oral Roberts was working by that same Ho= ly Ghost and you could work with the same Holy Ghost. Bear in mind those who h= e is preaching to are Trinitarians, they are Oneness, they are all kinds of Four= squares, Threesquares, Twosquares and Pentecostals, Assemblies of God. But among the= m, there were people who had just accepted Jesus Christ and wanted to live for Christ, who received that article.

So now Brother Branham was not separating anybod= y, and saying, “You are unjust, and you are just.” No! He said, “= ;I was going to say something just now, but I wouldn’t say it again. But= you know there are a lot of impersonations in these days.” 

So now, what was happening is that the just and = the unjust were sitting right there and the unjust could have manifested gifts as well as the just.  There was a revival burning and be= cause of that, the prophet of God called those men who were filled with the Holy Ghost and all the other people who were filled with the Holy Ghost in the congregation, to come and pray for the sick, showing you that the 1906 outpouring and the baptism= of the Holy Ghost was still worki= ng among the people, even up to the departure of the prophet.  Let that settle. 

 

 

W.m.b. had the original articl= e of Pentecost, Like Jesus

 

Now this is as clean as a whistle.  He still recognized that filling, = that baptism up to that time. Oh my! Let me fix something here and put it back in the Scripture. While Brother Branham was pointing the people to the 1906 outpouring and all the preachers were operating in the 1906 outpouring, Bro= ther Branham had the article of original Pentecost. You say, “How is it?” Because he had the Word, a= nd he came through the door and not through a window. 

John = 7:38 <He that believeth in me, as the scripture hath said, out of his bel= ly shall flow rivers of living water.> 

The prophet of God was the first who had the tru= e Word of God for the age, and he received the true article. “Now preacher, = that is a hard thing to believe because there was only a certain outpouring, you said, was being given out from 1906. How could God be so partial and only g= ive Brother Branham the original Pentecostal blessing?” Even because He did it in Scriptures before. I don’t know if you could recall the Scripture.  I tell you this thing is getting b= etter and better. Oh my! It is sweet.

My beloved, there broke a certain age in the day= s of our Lord Jesus and there was one m= an upon the whole earth that had the real baptism of the Holy Spirit, which He received at the banks of Jordan, and He started His ministry but He gave the apostles a different article entirely. And all the preachers that were on the field, in their revival an= d in their manifestation of gifts, had another power and another outpouring of t= he Holy Spirit, and Jesus had the original. Tear up the Scripture there somebo= dy in Africa, somebody in China, somebody in the Philippines or somebody there in India. You have it line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little. You cannot tear up what I am saying. The only man that had what they had on the day of Pentecost was the man called William Branham! Yes sir. An= d he proved it. That is why his ministry was different to all those other charac= ters who we read about and we found in the Pentecostal history. 

Though Jesus had the original baptism of the Holy Ghost, the fullness of the God= head bodily came down in Him because he was the Word of God, He imparted a parti= al baptism. He imparted another kind of outpouring and He outpoured that Spirit upon the people while their natures were not changed, and all that they had done was to accept the Lord as Messiah, as Savior and as Lord, and that pow= er came upon them and they went forth working signs, wonders and miracles. 

The same thing happened in 1906, my beloved. The= Lord outpoured another kind of outpouring upon them. They were gifted and they w= ent out working signs and wonders. And even while Brother Branham was upon the earth, Coe was working miracles and signs, A. A. Allen was working miracles= and signs, and Judas was working miracles and signs, and Bosworth was working miracles and signs. My God!  <= o:p>

 

 

New era dawned - receive the t= oken or perish

 

But something changed upon the earth.  And when that certain thing change= d, the prophet of God came to the pulpit and said, “You will receive the Tok= en or you will perish!”

 Ev= erybody in the Tabernacle thought they had it. They had what the people received in 1906. Without that, Brother Branham would not have allowed Neville to pastor the church because he had already declared that unless a man is filled with= the Holy Ghost, he has no right behind the pulpit” And he ordained Pastor Neville, to be behind the pulpit.

 

Quote W.M.B.: 37-1 No man, no person, no woman, boy, girl--I d= on't care who he is--is fit to go in the pulpit, or even claim to be a Christian, without being filled with the Holy Ghost. (The Future Home of the Heavenly Bridegroom and the Earthly Bride 64-0802).

 

Brother Branham knew that there could not be any= deacons until they were filled with the Holy Ghost. The first seven had to have the Holy Ghost (Acts 6:3).

But in this message called ‘The Token’, he said, “Deacon Board, Deacons, Brother Neville, Branham Tabernacle, you will receive the Token or you will perish!” My beloved, that is a different article. That’s the original article of Pentecost he was speaking about.

 

  Quote W.M.B.: 35-3 = Pastor Neville, and to this congregation, trustees, deacons, to you brethren, it's time that we laid aside all the foolishness of the world, time we laid aside everything else. We've seen enough now, that we're positive, sure, and the Token must be applied. Without it, you're going to perish; you must perish. That is the only thing. Oh, don't come together, say, "I believe it.&q= uot; Get beneath it. Get into it. How to do it? By one Spirit we're baptized into the Body of Jesus C= hrist. Everybody believe with all your heart. See? He was not responsible for any = out from beneath it. (The Token 63-0901m).

You out on the field there, if you have E.O.D.H.= book 14, read the first chapter and you will see all those quotations are pertai= ning to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit like they had on the day of Pentecost. Something happened upon the earth at a certain time. Brother Branham started calling the people back to Penteco= st and back to the original outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and the Token messa= ge was his highlight message, even because he knew that the outpouring of the = Holy Spirit that the people got in 1906 could not take them in the rapture.  That is why he said, “You wi= ll receive this Token or you will perish.” From that declaration, the people ought to have started preparing for the Token by living a sanctified and holy life and believing that promise. Beloved, they ought to have been doing what we are doing: Looking forward for the promise of God, cleansing our lives and tryi= ng to understand the deeper things of God in the Word of God. 

“Brother Bruce, what is it that happened u= pon the earth that caused Brother Branham to say what he said?” “Th= is Token message is my highlight message and this is that message that is to follow the Seals.” 

 

Quote W.M.B.: 9 The message this morning was to me the highlights message of my entire ministry, … Someday I'll tell you how it come about. And I know that everything has worked for months and months and months up to that one messa= ge, moving up to come to that place. That was the capping-off time of it. (Desperation 63-0901e).

Quot= e: 28 I = believe of all the message that I ever brought, that absolutely was ordained of God, outside of the--course the regular commission, like the Seven Seals and things--that was directly the Word of God. I'm talking about a message to preach; I believe that one was it (See?), the one that's needed to follow those Seven Seals. = (Desperation 63-0901e).

 

What happened upon the face of the earth is that= the prophet of God knew that the seals were opened and the Word of the Lord had come to the people line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little. When that happened, they could now have the outpouring of t= he Holy Spirit, which is the Rest (Isaiah 28). So the way was made, by the ope= ning of the Seals, to bring forth the Token. (Ephesians 1:13).

What is the opening of the seals? The opening of= the seals made a way that you and I could receive this outpouring of the Holy Spirit. If you don’t see the seals like that, you missed the opening of the seals. You must be able to understand the opening of the sea= ls and the purpose of it. It was to prepare the hearts of the people by the revelation of the Son of Man to receive the Token that is coming. 

 

 

Laodicean Spirit on message believers denies the original outpouring

Now, proud men, ambitious men, self-willed men, J= udases and heretics hold on the Outpouring from 1906 and totally disregard the preaching of an outpouring of the Holy Spirit to come.  God is coming and He is coming ver= y soon to expose their pride, their boastfulness and their jumping up around this = message, saying that “We don’t need anything again.  No man can teach us the message.  We know the message.”  Don’t you know that is a Laodicean spirit?  God is coming by this outpouring o= f the Holy Spirit and they will be found naked because they are not preparing for this outpouring of the Spirit, but we are preparing and we are trying to help all our brothers abroad and everywhere = upon the face of the earth to understand, that outpouring from 1906 cannot take = them in the Rapture and we need another outpouring of the Spirit to go in the Rapture.

 

 

Plan to receive original outpo= uring is stature of a perfect man

 

Let me put in a little heavy something here. Ther= e is a difference between receiving the outpouring on the day of Pentecost and receiving the 1906 outpouring. For the 1906 outpouring, you just had to acc= ept the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. But for the outpouring on the day= of Pentecost, Peter had to confess the Rock revelation of the Son of Man, and only then could he have received what= he received on the day of Pentecost. The way to receive this outpouring of the Holy Spirit is first be born again= by faith, as Peter was born again, and then climbed up in the stature, and then you will receiv= ed the Capstone which is the article of Pentecost, which is the Token, which is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is the greater anointing.

 

Quote W.M.B.: 48-1 See, these fellows wasn't required, what th= ese fellows was. This wasn't required<= /b> what this was. See, but He brought His church up the same way he's bringing= His people up. Then Peter here says first (seven things) faith, virtue (See, co= ming up), knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly love, and brothe= rly kindness and then the love of God, the Holy Ghost. Christ in the Person of = the Holy Ghost comes upon you in the true baptism of the Holy Ghost, and you got all these virtues sealed in you, then God lives in a tabernacle called the building, the living Tabernacle of the liv= ing God's dwelling place. Quot= e: 48-2=   When a man possesses these kind of things, then the Holy Ghost comes upon him. No matter, you might speak with tongues; you might impersonate any gift that God's got. You might do that, = but until these virtues here go into you, you're still off the real true foundation of faith. But when these virtues grow in, as you added that to that, then you = are a living monument. You are a living, moving idol. (Stature Of A Perfect Man 62-1014m).

Quot= e: 22-3 = And now, as in the individuals, these virtues and things are (knowledge and temperance)--is added to our faith, then when the Capstone comes, the Holy spirit cements it together; There's th= e baptism of the Holy Spirit.  An= d when that happens, there will break forth a Bride’s revival.  So the Bride has= never had a revival; she’s waiting on the Capstone to bring that revival.  But there were many revivals from = 1906, and you had organizational revivals.  And you had millions of church members, but the Bride has never had a revival yet. (See Quote W.M.B.: 253-2 {182} The Third Seal 63-0320= ).

 

  Quote W.M.B.: 100 A= nd in the Pentecostal age, through the Lutheran age, through the Wesleyan age, it= 's been the same thing through this Pentecostal age. Now, notice, but at the opening of the Seven Seals, Revelations 10, the full Word = is to be borned into manifestation again and vindicated by the Spirit of God in the full strength, as It was when It was here on ea= rth, manifested in the same way, doing the same things that It did when It was h= ere on earth. Amen. Hebrews 13:8 said Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Seed Not Heir With Shuck 65-0218).

 

 She’s waiting on another outpouring of the Holy Spirit to = bring her that revival. You see the difference? I hope you understand this messag= e. God is coming to humble the hearts of the followers of Malachi 4, and drive= all these impersonators off the trail. He is coming in this ministry to drive o= ff all these men from so-called Pentecost, the unjust with the Baptism of the = Holy Ghost and the Outpouring and all those gifts: “Get off this trail! You cannot ride this trail unless you are ordained to ride it.”

Said, "He come up on a horse that was mixed with white and black together." … And he said, "Come back and said he took his little horse, trying to knock your big horse off, turning him around: ̷= 0; And said, "You didn't speak like you did; you commanded." FOLLOWERS OF MESSAGE MUST SURR= ENDER 1906 BAPTISM – BOASTINGS VOID

 

I am asking all followers of Malachi 4 and all the preachers in the world, where is your boasting? All that you have is what t= hey received in 1906 because that is what the prophet imparted. And it cannot t= ake you in the Rapture. Where is your boasting? Where are your gifts? Where is = your pride? Where is your knowledge in the Message? You still have the same arti= cle. That is why you manifest adultery<= /b> and homosexuality, and that is= why you sent the people back on the sport fields. That is why you have the women dressing like that. That is why they have over there, at “Voice of God”, sporting facilities. Because you need what they had on the day = of Pentecost. And under that 1906 outpouring, and the Holy Ghost, and baptism, which all of you have, you could go out on the field and have sports. You c= ould allow the women to use high heel shoes and mermaid dresses. You could think that you are in some evangelism, going around the world, pretending you are= a missionary, pretending you are an apostle, and you don’t have the pow= er of God. 

That is why you could live under an imitation. That is why you could = be a hypocrite, pretending that you= have a five-fold ministry. The five-fold ministry is set by another outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and God will humble the proud hearts of these men that pack the knowledge of the message into their heads, and make them think that they are something so great that they don’t have to listen to any little preacher. God will show you that you have to listen to men that will go bac= k to Pentecost. That is where the true gifts are. That is where the true power is going to be.

 

Quote W.M.B.: 15-5 = Notice the man then, being just a plow boy before. God made his name immortal. All= the prophets that stood around watching him had to bow to his feet because he h= ad the power of God upon him. There's coming a hour when God shall make the world bow at the feet of men and = women who have plunged through and crossed Jordan and separated them thing--selves from the things of the world.

Broth= er and sister, tonight whatever you do, whatever you think, you cross Jordan with God. Go on over; separate, leave the world behind. Let God train you f= or His own service. We are living in a day before this revival, but God's searching out, trying to find hearts. (God Called Man 58-1005e).

 

You talk about preachers in this message swallow= ed up with pride. Have their wives r= unning the churches. She preaches a message in the bedroom, and he comes and does = her preaching from the pulpit. There are as much women preachers in this message as you have in other churches. = But they do their preaching in the bedroom, and their husbands do their preachi= ng, because she has him by the ear. Wrings his ear, and he got to do what she s= ays. But by this outpouring of the Holy Spirit, God is coming to humble their pr= ide. 

“Brother Bruce, what are you trying to say?” I am saying that the Holy Ghost that you received, Mister Gentleman, from that outpouring from 1906, and what I received in 1967, and what some of you people here received way back there, you have to surrender it! You have to give it= up! It cannot carry you in the Rapture. There came a time that the apostles, who were anointed and gifted, had to give up the anointing they had before, and= the power that they had before, and go up to Pentecost. Don’t tell me that you don’t have to give it up. You have to give it up. Turn lose of that experience, whe= n you hear this Word of God. And don’t you think that that can carry you in= the rapture.   

Oh my brothers and sisters, may the Lord bless y= our heart for suffering with me tonight. But how many enjoyed the Word of God? = [Congregation says “Amen!”= ] I was about to preach a message tonight, but the Lord turned my message aro= und just late this evening. That’s why I came out here a little later. he devil tried to afflict my throat last night. I had a sore throat. I didn’t think I could preach. But yesterday I said, “I am going = in the name of Jesus. This is the Devil that doesn’t want those words pa= sts these lips.” And I have to announce to you that after I preached last night, my throat got better. I thank God for healing. I thank God for victory. And tonight my throat fe= els so strong, I could go for another two hours here. But we will leave the rest f= or another time. May the Lord bless your hearts.
